Terms of Service

Last updated: June 26, 2026. These terms summarize the main rules for using FlipMenu. They are written for restaurant owners and teams using the product.

Using FlipMenu

FlipMenu helps restaurants create, publish, and manage digital QR menus. You are responsible for the menu content you upload, publish, translate, edit, and share with guests.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure team members use FlipMenu appropriately.

Plans and billing

FlipMenu offers a free plan and paid subscriptions. Paid plan prices, limits, and included features are shown in the product and may change for future billing periods. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

Restaurant content

You keep ownership of your restaurant content. By uploading or entering content, you give FlipMenu permission to host, process, display, and transform it so the product can provide menus, QR links, imports, translations, analytics, and related features.

AI and translations

AI-assisted imports and translations can contain errors. Review dish names, prices, allergens, ingredients, legal notes, and safety-critical information before publishing or relying on generated content.

Acceptable use

Do not use FlipMenu to publish illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, or abusive content. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect the service, other users, guests, or legal compliance.

Service availability

We work to keep FlipMenu reliable, but the service may change, pause, or become unavailable. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or business interruption to the maximum extent allowed by law.
