We collect account details, authentication information, restaurant profile details, menu content, QR code activity, subscription status, support messages, and product usage events needed to run FlipMenu.
We use information to create accounts, publish menus, generate QR links, process imports and translations, provide analytics, manage billing, send product emails, improve the service, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. FlipMenu stores subscription and billing status needed to manage plan access, but does not store full payment card numbers.
Optional analytics and masked session replay only run when the required consent is present. These tools help us understand product usage and debug broken flows. You can change privacy choices from the consent controls when available.
When you use import, enhancement, or translation features, menu files and text may be processed by AI providers so FlipMenu can extract or generate the requested content.
We share data with service providers that help operate FlipMenu, such as hosting, database, authentication, payments, email, analytics, and AI infrastructure. These providers process data for FlipMenu product purposes.
We keep information while your account is active or as needed for product operation, security, billing, support, analytics, legal compliance, and backup retention.
You can update account and restaurant information in the product. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails and control optional analytics where consent controls are available.
Privacy questions can be sent through the contact options listed on the FlipMenu website.
